About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Finance professional with robust capabilities in financial analysis, business planning, financial modelling and strategic decision-making. The candidate will analyse business performance, project profitability, costs and cash flows, identify financial opportunities and risks, develop business models and provide data-driven insights directly to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow and overall business performance to identify trends and opportunities.

- Evaluate existing and prospective projects to understand their financial viability, margins, risks and potential returns.

- Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.

- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation and improved profitability.

- Develop project-wise profitability and commercial analysis to support pricing and business decisions.

- Track receivables, payables, working capital and cash-flow requirements.

- Work closely with leadership, business development,



operations and HR to translate financial insights into commercially viable decisions.

- Prepare management MIS, dashboards and presentations that simplify complex financial information into actionable insights.

- Coordinate with internal/external accounting and CA teams for accounting, GST, TDS and other financial requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, Business Strategy or related fields.

- MBA/PGDM in Finance from IIM or an equivalent premier B-school.

- Strong financial analysis, modelling, commercial and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyse complex financial information and convert it into clear business recommendations.

- Experience working with project-based businesses, multiple business verticals or client-facing environments will be an advantage.
