Role Description The Finance Revenue Management Consultant is an in office role based in Pune City. This position is responsible for analyzing financial performance, with a focus on revenue streams, pricing models, and profitability across services and delivery centers. The consultant will develop and implement revenue management frameworks, support forecasting and budgeting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing, collections, and financial controls.

Daily activities include reviewing financial data, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and supporting process improvements that align with VOLTO’s outcome-focused approach. The role also involves partnering with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable revenue strategies that support GCC operations and consulting engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in finance, accounting, and revenue management, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Experience with financial modeling and analytics tools, such as Excel (advanced), BI platforms, or ERP modules related to finance.
- Knowledge of consulting or professional services environments, preferably within technology, GCCs, or BFSI and related sectors.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights to non-finance stakeholders and leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams.
- Strong process orientation, with experience identifying and implementing improvements in billing, collections, and revenue controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments and adapting to evolving business models and client needs.
