About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Team Lead to manage and strengthen our end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in financial accounting, controllership, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and financial planning.

Candidates with experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Brands, or other product-focused businesses will be preferred.

This role requires a hands-on finance professional who can manage daily financial operations, ensure compliance and controls, and provide meaningful financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), billing, collections, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and monthly book closure.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management and business decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, fund planning, and utilization of company funds.
- Monitor profitability, contribution margins, channel economics, and other key financial metrics.
- Track and analyze financial performance across D2C, marketplace, and other sales channels.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, taxation,



statutory requirements, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and compliance processes.
- Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial reconciliations.
- Drive finance process improvements and automation using Tally ERP and other financial reporting tools.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, legal teams, and secretarial teams.
- Maintain financial documentation and support ESOP administration, where required.
- Lead, guide, and support the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and accurate execution of financial processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controllership, or Financial Management.
- Strong experience in managing or contributing significantly to end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of AR, AP, GL, billing, collections, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and monthly book closure.
- Experience in cash flow management, working capital management, budgeting, forecasting, fund planning, and profitability analysis.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, audits,



and financial controls.
- Experience in inventory accounting and cost accounting, preferably in a product-led or inventory-heavy business.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and finance process automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
