About the role

Let's be upfront: this role is designed to expire.

Six months, one mandate: make your own job obsolete.

You'll be the human in the loop, working hands-on with customer finance teams, handling the exceptions and judgment calls the AI can't yet make. But every problem you solve becomes context the system learns from. Do the job well enough, and the machine takes over – which is exactly the point. When it does, you've earned your way to the next thing: a different role here, or a launchpad to wherever you're headed next.

What you'll do

- Partner with multiple customer finance teams to solve day-to-day finance-ops problems across cash application, reconciliation, and collections.
- Be the human in the loop – handling the exceptions, judgment calls, and edge cases, and turning each one into context that makes the system smarter.
- Champion the Fenmo platform inside each customer – driving adoption and making sure teams get full value.

What we're looking for





- Genuine interest in finance operations and in helping customers win.
- A background in finance & accounting (MBA / CA / others) – or the ambition to prove us wrong by showing you can learn anything you set your mind to, regardless of what you studied. Show us.
- Strong Excel proficiency (lookups, pivot tables, structured models) – we care because it means you think in structure, and structure is the whole game in finance.
- Fluency with, or hunger to master, AI tools like Claude. You don't need to know SQL or how to code; you need to know how to get a model to do it for you. That's the current skill, and we'll teach you to sharpen it.
- Sharp attention to detail, high ownership, and clear communication with customer finance teams.
