What's Up Wellness is looking for a Finance Manager / Team Lead with solid experience in Finance & Accounting, Controllership, Financial Management, or a similar finance-focused role.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, taxation, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, audits, and financial controls.

Candidates with experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Internet, Wellness, Health, Beauty, Personal Care, or Nutrition businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Manage monthly book closure and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, fund planning, and business profitability.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and audits.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls.
- Manage inventory accounting and cost accounting.
- Reconcile financial transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Work closely with business and operations teams to improve financial processes.
- Use Tally ERP and Advanced Excel for accounting, analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Identify opportunities for finance process automation and operational efficiency.
- Support management with financial insights and profitability analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, Controllership, Financial Management, or a similar finance role.




- Experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Team Lead, Finance & Accounts Manager, Financial Controller, or similar position.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in-office in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
- Candidates should be locally based in/around Gurugram.
- Maximum 30 days notice period.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Finance Manager / Finance Team Lead who can independently manage accounting operations and provide financial visibility to the business.

Experience in a D2C or inventory-heavy consumer business will be highly valuable, particularly where the candidate has managed inventory, working capital, GST/TDS, monthly closure, profitability, and financial controls.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
