About Our Client

Join a reputed alternative investment manager (CAT 2 AIF) overseeing multiple private capital vehicles and portfolio investments. The organization offers exposure to fund accounting, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, audits, and strategic finance within a sophisticated institutional investment environment.

Support the Financial Controller in managing fund accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, audits, and day-to-day finance operations across Category II AIFs and associated entities.

Key Responsibilities

- Review NAV calculations, capital accounts, drawdowns, and distribution workings.

- Manage quarterly and annual financial statements for AIF schemes.

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, or applicable accounting standards.

- Coordinate with fund administrators and custodians.

- Support capital calls, investor onboarding, distributions, and waterfall calculations.

- Review LP reporting packs and investor communications.

- Monitor fund cash flows and liquidity requirements.

- Coordinate SEBI AIF filings and reporting requirements.





- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.

- Track portfolio company valuations and investment movements.

- Implement automation and controls for fund accounting processes.

- Improve reporting MIS and dashboard capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

- A Chartered Accountant with 4-10 years of relevant work experience in AIF/PE/VC fund accounting

- Strong understanding of fund structures, investor reporting, capital calls/distributions, valuations, and regulatory compliance

- Experience in Fund Finance, AIFs, Private Equity, Asset Management, Fund Administration, or Financial Services Audit

- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical capabilities
