We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to strengthen our Finance & Accounts function and take ownership of financial reporting, MIS, audits, controls, compliance coordination, and management reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Accounting

- Manage preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
- Ensure accurate accounting and timely financial closure.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, management packs, flash reports, and financial schedules .
- Support preparation of annual reports and financial disclosures.
- Review financial data of subsidiaries, associates, and other business entities wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of books, ledgers, bank accounts, loans, and other financial records.

Management Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management and leadership.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, working capital, and business performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis .
- Provide meaningful financial insights to support business and management decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost control and process improvement.

Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, tax, and other external auditors .
- Ensure audit schedules and supporting documents are prepared accurately and on time.




- Manage quarterly and year-end audit requirements.
- Review existing financial processes and recommend improvements.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support audit and regulatory inspections whenever required.

Taxation & Regulatory Reporting
- Oversee and review GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other financial/tax-related activities .
- Coordinate with consultants and auditors for tax and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of required financial and regulatory reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.

Banking, Payments & Working Capital
- Review and approve vendor and employee payment processes.
- Monitor bank transactions, reconciliations, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Review loan-related records and financial schedules.
- Support cash-flow planning and treasury activities.
- Ensure appropriate controls over financial transactions and approvals.

Financial Controls & Process Improvement
- Review finance and accounting processes across departments.
- Identify financial risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to finance workflows.
- Support ERP implementation, customization, reporting, and process automation.
- Establish appropriate approval mechanisms for purchases, expenses, payments, and other financial transactions.

Team Management
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor deliverables.




- Review team performance and ensure timely completion of monthly/yearly activities.
- Train team members on accounting, taxation, and regulatory updates.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting .
- Excellent understanding of Ind AS / applicable accounting standards .
- Strong exposure to Audit and Internal Controls .
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Direct Tax .
- Experience in MIS reporting and Financial Analysis .
- Strong understanding of Budgeting, Cost Control, and Variance Analysis .
- Experience in ERP systems and financial reporting tools .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA qualified with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, technology, NBFC, or a similar structured organization will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in financial controllership, consolidation, audit coordination, MIS, and management reporting will be strongly preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling finance operations and working closely with senior management.
- Experience with subsidiaries/group-company reporting will be an added advantage.
