Role Description The Finance Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic financial planning of Fundamento. This position manages day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and preparation and review of financial statements.

The Finance

Lead collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to support decision-making, monitor key financial metrics, and drive cost efficiencies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with relevant regulations,



and timely reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves setting up robust financial processes, analyzing business performance, and contributing to fundraising, investor relations, and long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and related reporting, including analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA, CPA) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies, preferably in AI or financial services, and familiarity with fundraising, investor reporting, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency with financial tools and ERP systems, strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
