About the Role: We are looking for a highly capable Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization’s end-to-end financial functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations: Own finance and accounting operations, including A/R, A/P,

General Ledger, billing, collections, revenue recognition, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and timely closure of books.

Financial Planning & Reporting: Drive financial planning by preparing monthly financial statements, MIS, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and delivering actionable business insights for management.

Fund Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and company investments,

ensuring optimal utilization of funds and maintaining healthy cash reserves.

Compliance & Taxation: Own statutory compliance and taxation, including GST, TDS,

reconciliations, audits, and timely submission of statutory reports, while ensuring solid financial controls.

Business Metrics:



Monitor and drive D2C and marketplace financial performance,

including profitability, contribution margins, channel economics, and key financial metrics to support business decisions.

Process Excellence: Lead finance process improvement and automation through ERP/

Tally, while overseeing ESOP administration, financial documentation, and coordination with auditors, consultants, and legal/secretarial teams.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
