Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department.

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Drive cost control initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Analyze business performance and provide MIS reports to management.

- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

- Manage treasury, fund planning, and banking relationships.

- Lead finance digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA.

- Experience: 15+ Years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry.

- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Taxation, Costing, Budgeting, and Treasury Management.

- Experience in SAP ERP and financial reporting systems.

- Solid leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
