Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Kozhikode. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, including preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting, supporting monthly and annual closing activities, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Executive will handle statutory compliance, with a focus on Goods and Services Tax (GST) documentation, filing, and reconciliation, and coordinate with auditors and external partners as needed.



This role also supports management with financial insights, variance analysis, and data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of core Finance concepts and practices, including budgeting, cash flow management, and general accounting principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, interpret, and present accurate and timely reports.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable financial insights.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, filing, and reconciliation.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and accounting software, with attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills, integrity in handling sensitive financial information, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting role within IT or services organizations is beneficial.
