We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage the finance and accounting function of our managed office space business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Oversee billing, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow management.
- Monitor revenue, occupancy-related billing, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and ensure strong financial controls.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights and improve cost efficiency.

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, MIS, and financial analysis.
- Excellent Excel skills; ERP/accounting software experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
