Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Closing.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and the Board.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, Global Compliance (UK, Russia, US, Singapore).

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Establish and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management practices.

- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.

- Optimize working capital and oversee fund management.

- Manage banking operations, investments, and debt obligations.

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and commercial support.





- Evaluate pricing strategies, business cases, and investment opportunities.

- Support profitability analysis at business unit, product, and client levels.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance Accounts team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Qualified CA

- 10+ years of experience

- Experience in a listed company with exposure to board reporting and regulatory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with financial audits, investor reporting, and statutory filings.

- Proven ability to drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.

- Experience leading high-performing finance teams and partnering with senior leadership.
