Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify bank transactions, bank statements, and account balances.
- Check daily/weekly financial transactions and fund movements.
- Review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Verify transaction entries, receipts, payments, and supporting documents.
- Monitor financial records for errors, irregularities, or unusual transactions.
- Review cash flow and outstanding receivables/payables.
- Assist management in understanding financial positions and transaction movements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of financial records.
- Provide insights on banking processes, financial controls, and risk areas.
- Coordinate with the accounts/finance team whenever clarification or verification is required.
- Support management with finance-related analysis and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- Ex-bankers and retired banking professionals are highly preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in banking, finance, accounts, audit, or financial operations.




- Strong understanding of banking transactions and financial statements.
- Good knowledge of balance sheet, P&L;, ledger, reconciliation, and cash flow.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Ability to independently review and identify discrepancies in financial records.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
