- Lead overall Finance & Accounting operations
- Manage month-end, quarter-end & year-end books closure
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions & accruals
- Prepare and review MIS reports & financial analysis
- Monitor AP, AR, vendor/customer balances & ageing
- Support audit, taxation and statutory requirements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls & SOPs
- Manage a small F&A; team and coordinate with stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and ensure accurate SAP transactions
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant F&A; experience
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of P&L;, Bs & Cash Flow
- Excellent month-end closing & reconciliation skills
- Solid MS Excel, MIS and analytical skills
• Good team and stakeholder management skills
