About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant – Finance & Accounting (F&A;) to drive finance transformation, process optimization, cost efficiency, and strategic advisory for clients across industries.

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Pan India

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA (based on experience and relevant expertise)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead F&A; consulting, finance transformation, and process improvement engagements.
- Assess Finance & Accounting processes and identify opportunities for cost optimization, automation, and efficiency gains .
- Develop strategies across financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling .
- Provide client-facing advisory, business insights, and strategic recommendations .
- Lead projects, stakeholder management, and transformation initiatives .
- Recommend and implement ERP, finance technology, automation, and digital finance solutions .




- Apply Lean Six Sigma / process improvement methodologies.
- Explore Generative AI and Agentic AI for finance process optimization and decision support.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices .

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting with solid F&A; consulting/advisory experience.
- Mandatory BPO/BPM/GBS/Managed Services experience , preferably in F&A.;
- Strong experience in Finance Transformation, F&A; Process Consulting, and Process Improvement .
- Proven client-facing project consulting and stakeholder management experience.
- Exposure to multiple industry sectors .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business advisory skills.
- Experience with ERP, financial technology, automation, or digital finance solutions .
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Exposure to GenAI/Agentic AI in finance or business processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field .
