We are having opening for CFO/ Finanace Head

Location- Faridabad

Salary -up to 15LPA

Working days - Monday to Saturday(Based on discussion can be flexible)Working time- 9am to 6pm( Based on discussion can be flexible)

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Ø This position will report to the Managing Director.

Ø All Finance & Account Manager, Asst. Manager & Executives will report to this position.

NATURE OF WORK & JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- He will be responsible for smooth functioning of Finance & Accounting.
- He will be responsible for finalization of Balance Sheet.
- He will be responsible for ensuring Working capital management
- He will be responsible for reducing banking cost with new banking arrangement as compared to previous year on pro-rata basis.
- He will be responsible for carrying out analysis of COGS and other cost component.
- He will be responsible for suggestion & implementation of tax planning measures.
- He will be responsible for ensuring tax and statutory compliances.
- He will be responsible for ensuring proper delegation of work to team members and their monitoring.
- He will be responsible for no interest/ penalty on current year TDS, Advance Tax, PF, ESIC, GST, Works Contract tax & Service Tax.
- He will be responsible for No late filing fees for TDS Return, Income Tax Return along with Transfer pricing study and Company Law Annual Return.
- He will be responsible for secretarial work related to board resolution, MOM, AGM, ROC Documentation, and Alteration in MOA.- share transfer knowledge/ NDML dealing can be done




- He will be responsible for submission on bank documentation including DP Statement, various Returns, export documentation, EXPORT PERKS/ MSME BENEFITS, renewal and overall co-ordination with Bank.
- Co-ordinating with Lawyers with regards to litigation with respect to collection matters.
- He will be responsible for representing Company against various Tax departments, he should also represent
- He will be responsible for Group Parties Reconciliation verification with balance confirmations – monthly.

IN ABSENCE OF DESIGNEE, MANAGING DIRECTOR WILL BE THE AUTHORITY TO TAKE DESCISION

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Minimum 10-15 years working hands-on experience.

Ø OWN COVEYENCE PREF – CAR

Ø RELOCATE OR RESIDENT OF FARIDABAD/PALWAL

Accountability:

Ø S/He will be accountable for all activities (Finance, Accounts, Costing & secretarial)

Ø S/He will be accountable for timely payments to contractors, creditors, vendors etc.

Ø S/He will be accountable for maintaining discipline for all the people working in Finance, Accounts, Costing example Break Timings (Lunch, Tea etc)
