Position Final Inspection (Knowledge of DYNO / Final PDI + Repair management)

Key Responsibilities:

Final Inspection:

- Conduct comprehensive final inspections on electric bikes, ensuring they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and design specifications.

- Utilize DYNO testing equipment to assess the performance of electric bike components.

- Knowledge on Visual , Functional, Electrical & dimensional inspection of parts.

- Positive knowledge in problem solving tools ( 7 QC tools , 8D, Why Why analysis, CAPA etc )

- Determine root-cause of deviations non-conforming results and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

DYNO Testing:

- Operate DYNO testing equipment to evaluate the functionality of electric bike motors and other components.

- Analyze DYNO test results and ensure compliance with performance standards.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):

- Perform final PDI checks on electric bikes before delivery to customers.

- Ensure all components, including battery, motor, HMI, and other critical parts, are in optimal condition.

- Analyze the defects and coordinate with cross functional teams in taking corrective actions.

Repair Management:

- Oversee the repair process for electric bikes identified with defects or issues during final inspection.

- Coordinate with repair technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified problems.

- Analyze the defects and coordinate with cross functional teams in taking corrective actions.

Documentation:





- Maintain accurate and detailed records of final inspections, DYNO test results, and repair activities.

- Compile reports and provide insights into areas for improvement and quality enhancement.

- Review records in relation to quality compliance.

- Daily defect recording , SPR monitoring and record management.

- Daily closure report 0 @ QDC

- ISO documentation compliance and record management.

- Good knowledge on SPC , MSA , DOE , Six Sigma , Triz

Process Monitoring:

- Monitor and evaluate final inspection and repair processes to identify potential areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

- 4M confirmation during Line start.

- Training evaluation of unskilled manpower.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement in the final inspection process.

- Provide feedback to relevant teams on ways to enhance the overall manufacturing and inspection process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in final inspection within the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of DYNO testing and repair management.

- Familiarity with quality standards and processes related to electric bike components.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
