Role Description The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Miven Mayfran conveyor and coolant management systems at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and providing technical guidance to customer teams on equipment operation and best practices. The role involves conducting site visits, preparing service reports,



coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely completion of service activities in line with safety and quality standards.

The Field Services

Engineer also builds strong customer relationships by delivering professional service, training operators, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Service and on-site equipment commissioning skills.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills, including clear communication with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance planning and execution skills to maintain high equipment uptime.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline is preferred.
- Experience in industrial automation, material handling, or manufacturing equipment service will be an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety standards at industrial sites.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required and work in shop-floor environments.
