Provide immediate on-site technical support to our enterprise and retail customers. Responsibilities:
- Visiting customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve internet, PC, or camera issues.
- Handling routine inspections, cleaning sensors, and verifying overall system health.
- Preparing field service reports and customer feedback forms.
- Recommending system upgrades to clients based on in office observations. Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local travel.
