Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Specialist position based in Kolkata.

The Field

Specialist will oversee daily field operations, establish and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensure the distribution network's efficiency.





Responsibilities include conducting training sessions for partners, troubleshooting operational challenges, and providing stellar customer service to uphold company standards. Additionally, the specialist will analyze field data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for evaluating field data and identifying solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues efficiently
- Experience in training sessions for retailers, distributors, or team members
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic field environments
- Previous experience in FMCG roles is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Kolkata region is advantageous
