Role Description The Field Supervisor role at Probity Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar.

The Field

Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations across assigned facilities, ensuring that processes are followed and performance targets are met. Typical tasks include managing frontline staff, monitoring attendance and productivity, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring accurate handling, sorting, loading, and unloading of shipments.

Supervisor will also communicate regularly with internal teams and client representatives, prepare basic reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the ground.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong operational management and supervision skills, including team coordination, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes, such as inbound/outbound handling, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and shipment processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in process adherence and quality control, with the ability to enforce standard operating procedures and maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead field teams, interact with clients, and report operational status clearly.
- Candidates should possess basic data and reporting skills, including the ability to track attendance, productivity metrics, and prepare simple operational summaries.
- Relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or warehouse supervision is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, handle high-volume, time-sensitive operations, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with solid relevant experience.
