Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.

- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.

- Explain and promote the company's financial products/services.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Follow up with leads and ensure proper documentation.

- Coordinate with the internal team for application processing.

- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.

- Maintain regular reports of field activities and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Previous experience in field sales, banking, finance, loans, or DSA is preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling ability.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
