Job Role

- Position: FRM – PIA Auditor / Field Supervisor

- Location: Chennai

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Conduct on-site audits of FRM PIA activities.

- Visit customers and FRMs to verify work quality and adherence to established processes.

- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and areas requiring improvement.

- Collect accurate audit data and submit reports within the required timelines.

- Maintain proper audit records and communicate findings to management.

- Plan daily field visits based on locations and business requirements.

- Coordinate with FRMs to address and resolve audit findings.

- Travel across Chennai as required for field audits.

- Work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Field Auditing

- Conduct regular field audits at customer and FRM locations.

- Verify whether assigned activities are completed according to required standards.

- Check work quality, documentation, and process compliance.

- Identify deviations and report them promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

- Collect and verify audit-related information.





- Prepare and submit accurate field audit reports.

- Maintain records of audit observations and findings.

- Share significant discrepancies and improvement areas with management.

Coordination

- Coordinate with FRMs regarding audit observations.

- Follow up on corrective actions and unresolved findings.

- Communicate with customers and field teams when required.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–6 months of field experience.

- Communication: Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good time-management and organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of reporting tools.

- Willingness to travel across Chennai.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

- Bike and valid driving licence: Mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹17,500–₹19,000 per month.

- Petrol Allowance: ₹100 per day.

- Incentives: Up to ₹1,500 per month.
