Roles and Responsibilities
* Giving Product Demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on secure and effective equipment use & provide a Delightful Customer Experience.
* Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs,
and provide usage guidance.
* Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality
* Record service activities, parts used, and time spent; provide reports to internal teams or customers.
* Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams
* Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (NO Targets)
