Job Title: Field Service Engineer Fresher

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers to join as Field Service Engineers. The selected candidates will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of color sorting machines at customer locations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission color sorting machines at customer sites.
- Conduct machine testing, calibration, and performance checks.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues.
- Provide basic operator training and technical support to customers.
- Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with internal technical, production, and R&D; teams.
- Provide remote technical support whenever required.
- Travel extensively to customer locations across India.
Eligibility:
- ITI qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates from Electrical, Electronics,
Mechanical, Mechatronics or related technical trades preferred.
- Good understanding of basic electrical/mechanical concepts.
- Basic knowledge of machines, wiring, sensors, motors, control panels, or troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India is mandatory.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates available for immediate joining preferred.
