We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business customers who require courier, shipping, e-commerce logistics, and delivery services. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client meetings, sales presentations, follow-ups, and customer onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy meeting new people, building business relationships, and earning additional incentives through sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and local market research.
- Visit businesses and meet potential customers to understand their courier and shipping requirements.
- Promote Shiplifi's courier aggregation and shipping solutions.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
- Explain pricing, services, courier options, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.




- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: ₹15,000/month

Experienced Candidates: Salary can go up to ₹40,000/month depending on experience and suitability
