Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative – Solar EPC who will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities for Rooftop and Ground-Mounted Solar EPC projects.

The role involves field sales, lead generation, client acquisition, site visits, relationship management, proposal coordination, sales negotiation, and ensuring a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Solar EPC projects.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions.
- Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for requirement analysis, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Present commercial proposals and explain project benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industries, builders, institutions, dealers, and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Ensure timely collection of required customer documents and information.




- Support coordination for approvals and project onboarding wherever required.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, lead trackers, and CRM updates.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the project execution team.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical concepts.
- Good understanding of B2B/field sales processes.
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- B.Com / M.Com
- BBA / MBA
- BE / B.Tech – Electrical
- ME / M.Tech – Electrical

Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Field Sales
- Business Development
- Solar Sales
- Electrical Sales
- Renewable Energy Sales

Solar industry experience will be preferred.

Salary

₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident in client interaction, comfortable with field sales and travel, capable of developing new business opportunities, and motivated to achieve sales targets in the growing solar and renewable energy sector.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
