Field Sales Executive – Solar Energy

Job Summary

- We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join the Solar Energy sector.

- The role involves conducting on-ground sales activities, generating new leads, meeting potential customers, and promoting solar energy products and solutions.

- Freshers and experienced candidates with a strong interest in sales can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Lead Generation:

- Conduct daily field visits to identify new business opportunities.

- Generate new leads through field visits, customer interactions, referrals, and local market activities.

- Meet potential B2C and B2B customers and explain the benefits and cost savings of solar energy solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products and solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the sales and onboarding process.





- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide regular field sales and activity reports to the management team.

Education

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Previous experience in the Energy & Power industry is an advantage.

Language Skills

- Basic English.

- Local language proficiency.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of B2B Sales.

- Basic understanding of B2C Sales.

- SMB Sales knowledge is an advantage.

- Channel Sales knowledge is an advantage.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Additional Requirements

- Comfortable with daily local travel.

- Willingness to attend regular field meetings.

- Ability to work independently in a field-based sales workplace.
