Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through direct field visits and client interactions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting construction sites and apartment communities, generating leads, explaining services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through direct field visits and local market research.
- Visit construction companies, builders, apartment communities, residential projects, and other potential business locations.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, visits, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on field visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities through regular field research.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
