We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can visit hotels, dharamshalas, and other accommodation providers near temples and religious places. The role involves finding new business opportunities, explaining our services, and onboarding current partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hotels, dharamshalas, and other accommodation providers.
- Find new customers through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Explain our services and benefits to potential partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into partners.
- Discuss and finalize pricing and deals.
- Maintain good relationships with existing partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update daily visit details, customer information, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Good relationship-building skills.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Experience 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Travel, or a related field.
