Gold investment plans and benefits. Generate new leads and convert them into customers. Assist customers with KYC verification and documentation. Help customers complete the onboarding and registration process. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Follow up with interested customers and resolve their basic queries. Achieve monthly sales targets. Submit daily sales and activity reports to the reporting manager. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
