CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY

- Age: 21 to 28 years

- Experience: 0 to 9 months

- All semester marksheets required

- Eligible candidates are lined up at the respective branch (Home location)

Work location & interview location would be anywhere in West Bengal as per the home location / preferred location

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).

- Conduct field visits and generate leads through local market activities.

- Explain banking products, features, and advantages to potential customers.

- Assist customers with account-opening documentation and procedures.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.

- Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up reports.

- Follow all banking policies, KYC guidelines, and compliance requirements.
