Role Description The Field Sales Executive role at EV SERVE is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The role involves visiting e-rickshaw owners, fleet operators, and local transport businesses to promote EV SERVE’s repair, maintenance, and parts replacement services.

Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, explaining service offerings and pricing, conducting product demonstrations when needed, and closing sales.

The Field Sales

Executive will maintain relationships with existing clients, gather feedback on services, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.



Daily activities also include maintaining sales records, reporting performance metrics, and supporting local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and deal closing.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with effective negotiation and customer service capabilities.

- Basic understanding of electric vehicles or automotive services, especially repair and maintenance of e-rickshaws (training can be provided).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present service offerings clearly to diverse customers.

- Comfort working in the field, including frequent local travel within Patna and nearby areas.

- Organizational and record-keeping skills to manage daily sales activities and customer data.

- Prior experience in field sales, vehicle services, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum educational background of high school diploma; additional vocational or business qualifications are an advantage.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently with accountability.
