Role Description This full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role is based in Chennai. The position involves meeting prospective residential and commercial customers, explaining broadband plans and services, and conducting regular field visits in assigned territories.

Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales while meeting monthly targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with the installation and customer support teams, and gathering market feedback to help improve offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and negotiation skills.

- Basic understanding of broadband and telecommunications services, with the ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, plan daily routes, and meet sales targets.
- Comfort with using smartphones or tablets for sales tracking, customer data entry, and navigation tools.
- Ability to work independently in the field, adapt to different customer environments, and remain resilient under target-driven conditions.
- Prior experience in direct sales or telecom/internet service sales is preferred, but motivated entrants with strong aptitude will be considered.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and work flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
