Field Sales Customer Officer

- Meet manufacturing company owners and understand their business and operational challenges.

- Pitch the FR8 App and explain how it can solve customer problems and improve connectivity.

- Onboard manufacturing companies to FR8's technology platform.

- Explain the app's features and advantages to potential customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded customers.

- Increase customer engagement and grow their load connectivity through FR8.

- Follow up with customers to encourage regular usage of the platform.

- Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure effective connection of trucks with customer loads.

- Provide customer feedback and market insights to the internal team.

- Maintain regular updates on customer visits, onboarding, follow-ups, and business activities.
