Website Paidavaar Paidavaar Hiring Field Sales Executive – Agriculture Paidavaar is hiring Field Sales Executives to promote agricultural solutions and build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors across assigned territories. Job Details Locations: Madhubani & Darbhanga

Experience : 6 months – 1 year

Freshers: Not eligible

Local candidates: Preferred

Immediate joiners: Preferred

Travel: Required

Eligibility ‣ B.Sc. Agriculture preferred.

‣ 6 months–1 year of relevant experience.

‣ Field sales experience is an added advantage.

‣ Basic knowledge of agriculture and crop protection.

Key Responsibilities ‣ Visit farmers, dealers, and distributors regularly.

‣ Promote Paidavaar’s agricultural products.

‣ Achieve monthly sales targets.

‣ Expand market presence and customer network.

‣ Collect farmer feedback and market insights.

‣ Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.





Required Skills ‣ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

‣ Strong relationship-building abilities.

‣ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

‣ Willingness to travel across assigned territories.

‣ Passion for agriculture and sales.
