Mass Recruitment / Field Recruiter

- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to fill 20–50+ roles per week.

- Focus on recruiting warehouse workers such as Pickers, Packers, and Loaders.

- Source candidates through community outreach, local hiring drives, and field recruitment activities.

- Conduct quick and effective candidate screening to assess suitability for warehouse roles.

- Coordinate directly with Warehouse Managers regarding staffing requirements and shift availability.

- Ensure selected candidates report for their scheduled Day 1.

- Manage recruitment-related documentation and background verification processes.

- Gather employee feedback to understand reasons for retention and attrition.

Key Responsibilities

Mass Hiring & Sourcing:

- Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates for 20–50+ positions per week.

- Recruit candidates for warehouse positions including Pickers, Packers, and Loaders.

- Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet ongoing workforce requirements.

Community Outreach

- Build talent maps across local neighborhoods and communities.

- Distribute recruitment flyers in targeted locations.

- Partner with local community centers and organizations for candidate sourcing.





- Organize and conduct on-the-spot hiring drives.

Candidate Screening

- Conduct quick and effective candidate screenings.

- Assess candidates based on reliability, physical capability, availability, and organizational fit.

- Shortlist suitable candidates for warehouse positions.

In office Coordination

- Coordinate with Warehouse Managers to understand workforce requirements.

- Plan recruitment according to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift requirements.

- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure selected candidates report on their first working day.

Documentation & Verification

- Manage I-9 verifications and related recruitment documentation.

- Initiate background checks for selected candidates.

- Coordinate drug screening processes where applicable.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Employee Retention & Feedback

- Act as a communication bridge between warehouse employees and the HR team.

- Collect employee feedback regarding workplace experience.

- Identify common reasons for employee retention and attrition.

- Share feedback with HR and management to support improvements in employee retention.
