Role & responsibilities

- Visit assigned client sites and engage with potential customers in person
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new business opportunities
- Explain company services clearly and present customized solutions to clients
- Collect requirements and share accurate quotations based on client needs
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain regular updates and reports on client visits, discussions, and conversions

Preferred candidate profile

- Background in field sales or direct sales is preferred
- Strong communication ( Hindi , English )and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals
- Willingness to travel and visit multiple sites regularly
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
