- Visit scrap markets and suppliers across India to procure approved materials.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with scrap dealers and vendors.

- Negotiate purchase prices according to company guidelines.

- Inspect materials before purchase and report findings to the office.

- Pack purchased materials safely and prepare them for dispatch.

- Coordinate courier, transportation, and logistics for shipments.

- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and payment details.

- Share daily updates, photographs, and reports through WhatsApp.

- Travel to different cities such as Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and other locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Scrap Procurement

- Identify suitable scrap materials from markets and suppliers.

- Visit vendors and inspect materials before purchase.

- Negotiate prices and finalize purchases within approved company guidelines.

- Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality and specifications.

Vendor Management

- Develop and maintain good relationships with scrap dealers and suppliers.

- Coordinate regularly with vendors regarding material availability and pricing.

- Identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities.

Packing &

- Logistics

- Safely pack purchased materials for transportation and dispatch.

- Coordinate with courier, transport,



and logistics providers.

- Ensure materials are dispatched safely and on time.

- Maintain relevant shipment and transportation records.

Reporting &

- Documentation

- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and payment details.

- Submit daily updates and reports to the office.

- Share material photographs and other required information through WhatsApp.

- Keep proper records of field purchases and transactions.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Prior experience in the scrap industry is not mandatory.

- Training will be provided.

- Willingness to travel frequently across India is required.

- Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable with packing and loading materials.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy approach.

- Basic smartphone knowledge.

- Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and camera.

- Good vendor relationship and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

- Willingness to travel to different cities across India.
