Job Role

- Field Officer (Medical Representative)

- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, consultants, chemists, and other healthcare professionals.

- Drive prescription generation and achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and retail chemists.

- Ensure product availability and adequate stock levels across the assigned territory.

- Generate product demand and support secondary sales through effective promotion.

- Develop the assigned territory by identifying potential markets and new customer opportunities.

- Implement sales and marketing strategies as directed by management.

- Monitor stock movement, product availability, and expiry management.

- Coordinate with stockists and C&F; agents to ensure smooth product supply.

- Conduct product presentations, symposiums, seminars, and doctors' group meetings.

- Participate in Cycle Briefing Meets and other company meetings.

- Provide market feedback on company and competitor products to the Product Management Team.

- Maintain accurate daily activity and sales reports.

- Follow company policies, ethical promotion standards, and reporting procedures.

Sales &

- Target Achievement

- Achieve and consistently surpass the assigned Sales Budget and YPM (Yearly Performance Milestone) for the territory.

- Ensure effective product promotion to generate Rx demand and secondary sales.

- Personally book orders to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.

Doctor &

- Chemist Coverage

- Maintain a Doctor Call Average of 10+1 per day.

- Achieve a minimum 95% MCR (Monthly Call Report) coverage.

- Complete a minimum of 5 chemist calls per day.

- Build strong qualified relationships with key doctors, consultants, and retail chemists.

Market Development &

- Strategy

- Implement sales and marketing strategies designed by management.

- Identify potential markets and new customer opportunities within the territory.





- Expand the doctor base and increase prescription share.

- Conduct territory mapping and monitor market potential.

Stockist &

- Distribution Management

- Maintain effective relationships with stockists and C&F; agents.

- Monitor product availability and stock movement.

- Track product expiry and ensure proper inventory management.

- Coordinate with distributors to ensure uninterrupted product availability.

Promotional Activities

- Organize and conduct symposiums, seminars, and doctors' group meetings.

- Participate actively in Cycle Briefing Meets and company meetings.

- Ensure effective utilization of promotional inputs and marketing materials.

- Conduct scientific product detailing and handle customer objections effectively.

Reporting &

- Compliance

- Plan daily work schedules and submit Daily Work Plans.

- Submit Daily Call Reports through the PHYZII reporting tool.

- Provide structured market feedback on company and competitor products.

- Submit expense statements within the stipulated timelines.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotion standards.
