We are inviting applications for the position of Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven professional to strengthen our presence in the education sector through field marketing, school visits, client relationships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute field marketing activities across schools
- Visit schools and promote books, notebooks & educational products
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, distributors, wholesalers & retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
- Coordinate with the internal team for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Track market activities, client follow-ups and prepare regular reports




- Achieve marketing and business development targets

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing/business development
- Education, Publishing or Stationery industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Hindi & English
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits
- Own two-wheeler preferred
