What You'll Do:

- Adapt and develop long-form fiction into engaging, serialized, audio-first scripts.

- Localize stories to suit the cultural context, language, and preferences of American & European audiences.

- Work on characters, dialogues, story arcs, pacing, and narrative structure to create engaging listening experiences.

- Collaborate with Creative Leads to refine stories as per creative brief and maintain consistency across episodes

- Review and refine AI-assisted content while ensuring strong storytelling and editorial quality.

- Deliver high-quality content consistently within defined timelines.

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in fiction writing, editorial, or content development.

- Strong storytelling and writing skills with experience in long-form or serialized fiction.





- Understanding of storytelling formats across platforms such as webnovels, OTT, TV, publishing, audio, or digital content.

- Ability to adapt content for different audiences while maintaining cultural relevance and authenticity.

- Robust understanding of character development, story arcs, pacing, dialogue, and episodic storytelling.

- Comfortable working with AI tools and technology-enabled content workflows.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Good understanding of American/European audiences, cultures, or local content preferences is a plus.
