Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Senior Associate (5-8 Years of experience)

As an OAC Sr. Associate, you will work with technical and projects teams to deliver cutting-edge reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms for some of our Fortune 1000 clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to work that may involve building new Oracle cloud solutions; migrating applications to co-exist in the hybrid cloud (On-Premises and Cloud); deploying a global cloud application across multiple countries.

Primary focus on developing customer solutions using Oracle's analytics offerings: Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Visualization, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle's AI-powered analytics capabilities.

Work Youll Do

As OAC developer you will have multiple responsibilities depending on the project type. One type of project may involve migrating existing reporting applications to Oracle cloud infrastructure. Another might involve building new reporting solutions directly within Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) . The key responsibilities may involve some or all the areas listed below:

- The candidate must have reporting experience on Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications of one or more modules (HCM, ERP, CX or SCM).
- Designing and architecting OAC projects including upgrade/migrations to cloud
- Design, develop, test, and implement a variety of reporting solutions
- Develop solution using Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Design and Build RPD data models and working experience in ETL tool
- Design and Build OAC reports
- Migrate OBIEE on-premise solution to OAC
- Understand the Data Warehouse models and ODI integrations
- Implement security in OAC with IDCS
- Fix reporting issues arising from migration to Cloud
- Build and configure domain-specialized AI agents (RAG-based) to enable conversational, natural-language interaction with data and documentation.
- Use the Data Flow Designer for data preparation, transformation, and blending.
- Produce high-quality code resulting from knowledge of the tool, code peer review, and automated unit test scripts
- Perform system analysis, follow technical design and work on development activities
- Collaborate with other developers and team members
- Participate in design meetings, daily standups, backlog grooming
- Develop and document unit tests
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop a robust reporting solution
- Identify and document risks, and mitigate risks
- Monitor the health of OAC application and cloud services
- Document all processes and procedures in assigned areas of responsibility
- Update job knowledge by studying relevant tools, techniques, and equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Participate on a Scrum team meetings, including all Agile and Scrum related activities

Technical Requirements

- Education: E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS)
- Excellent development skills utilizing all aspects of OAC
- Strong knowledge of RPD, OAC reports, Data Visualizations, SQL
- Experience with one or more relational databases on Oracle
- Exposure to Oracle cloud migrations and OBIEE upgrades
- Experience in developing applications on Oracle Cloud infrastructure
- Experience working with ODI tool
- Fair understanding of the agile development process
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud scripts using CURL
- Basic understanding of Oracle ERP (Fusion) Modules
- Experience with domain-specialized AI agents built on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) combined with custom instructions, enabling natural-language interaction with data and documentation
- Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud AI Data Agents and building AI functions directly into custom calculations
- Experience customizing workbook landing pages and embedding external content within workbooks.
- Technical understanding and working knowledge on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications/Modules (any!)

Consulting Requirements

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Senior Associate (5-8 Years of Experience)

As an ODI Senior Developer, you will work with technical and project teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade data integration solutions for some of our Fortune 1000 clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to work that may involve building current ELT/ETL pipelines; migrating on-premise integration workloads to the cloud; modernizing legacy Data Warehouse feeds; and integrating Oracle Data Integrator with GoldenGate, OCI Data Integration, and other Oracle data platform services. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Integration/Data Transforms, and Oracle Autonomous Database. The role involves developing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, modernizing legacy data integration workloads, and supporting cloud migration initiatives.

Work You'll Do

- Design, develop, and implement ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to extract, transform, and load data across heterogeneous source and target systems.
- Design and build reusable Knowledge Modules (KMs), including customization of RKM, LKM, IKM, and CKM for specific project needs.
- Design and develop ODI mappings, packages, procedures, scenarios, and load plans.
- Implement and manage ODI Topology, including data servers, physical/logical schemas, contexts, and agents.
- Migrate on-premise ETL workloads (ODI, Informatica, or other legacy tools) to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Integrate ODI with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time Change Data Capture (CDC) and trickle-feed data replication.
- Evaluate and support migration paths from classic ODI to OCI GoldenGate Data Transforms, Oracle's next-generation, cloud-native data integration service.
- Design and build data pipelines using OCI Data Integration / Data Transforms for serverless, auto-scaling ELT into Autonomous Database, Exadata Cloud Service, and non-Oracle targets.
- Work with Oracle Data Warehouse, Oracle Autonomous Database, and Autonomous AI Lakehouse as integration targets.
- Design and build integration workflows for Big Data ecosystems such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, or cloud-native data services.
- Understand and implement data quality checks, data lineage tracking,



and error handling/monitoring using ODI Operator and OCI console tooling.
- Fix performance and reporting issues arising from migration to cloud-based integration platforms.
- Produce high-quality code resulting from knowledge of the tool, code peer review, and automated unit test scripts.
- Perform system analysis, follow technical design, and work on development activities.
- Collaborate with other developers, DBAs, and cross-functional team members.
- Participate in design meetings, daily standups, and backlog grooming.
- Develop and document unit tests.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor the health and performance of ODI/data integration services and cloud jobs.

Technical Requirements

- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS).
- 58 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), including KM development and topology configuration.
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator 11g/12c/ODI Marketplace Edition.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, with experience on one or more relational databases on Oracle.
- Solid understanding of ELT/ETL architecture, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time replication and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Exposure to OCI Data Integration / Data Transforms and cloud-native, serverless integration patterns.
- Experience migrating on-premise ETL workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Exadata Cloud Service as integration targets.
- Exposure to Big Data connectivity (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka) within ODI or GoldenGate for Big Data.
- Experience with job scheduling, load plans, and ODI agent (Standalone/JEE/Colocated) administration.
- Exposure to version control and CI/CD for ODI repository objects.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud scripts using cURL and REST APIs for automation.
- Basic understanding of Oracle ERP (Fusion) modules and source system data structures.
- Fair understanding of the Agile development process.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools for SQL generation, documentation, and ETL development productivity.
- Experience deploying ODI objects across environments using Smart Export/Import, XML exports, or CI/CD pipelines.
