Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence consultants, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Oracle Fusion data intelligence projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives, designing data intelligence solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and their integration with data intelligence tools and technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in Oracle Fusion data intelligence, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Possess experience in reporting on Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Develop and implement reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Leverage expertise in reporting on Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications across modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Experience (CX), or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Understand Fusion data sources, PVO mappings, and key columns in each PVO,
along with Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and Universal Content Management (UCM).
- Design and architect FDI projects, including understanding FDI architecture, configurations, pipeline initiation, measure validation, out-of-the-box project decks, and implementation processes.
- Manage the provisioning of FDI instances, configure sources, and deploy Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) marketplace instances.
- Extend semantic models and perform data augmentation and custom ETL extensions in FDI implementations.
- Understand FDI security architecture and customize data integrations from non-Oracle sources.
- Design and build RPD data models and develop reports using OAC.
- Comprehend data warehouse models and ODI integrations.
- Troubleshoot data issues from analysis criteria through to data warehouse and source systems.
- Produce high-quality code with a thorough understanding of the tools, including code peer review and automated unit testing.
- Conduct system analysis, adhere to technical design, and engage in development activities.
- Collaborate with developers and team members, participating in design meetings, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Develop and document unit tests, working with cross-functional teams to create robust reporting solutions.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks while maintaining the confidentiality of operations.
- Document processes and procedures in assigned areas, update job knowledge through continuous learning, and participate in qualified organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including participation in Scrum team meetings and Agile activities.
