Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B; Service Captain to lead our service team and ensure seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in restaurant service operations and possess strong communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily service operations on the floor
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality as per restaurant standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and guest flow
- Assist in inventory control and reporting as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Service Captain / Senior Steward)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Experience in multi-cuisine restaurants
