Role Description The F&B; Operations Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing daily operations across Yoova’s cloud kitchens, cafés, and dessert outlets. This role manages end-to-end food and beverage operations, including menu execution, quality and hygiene standards, supply chain coordination, and cost control. The F&B; Operations Head leads, trains, and motivates outlet teams, ensures compliance with SOPs, and drives consistent guest experience and service excellence.

The position also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, coordinating with marketing and finance,



and supporting new outlet setups or franchise operations. The role requires hands-on presence in the outlets, regular review of operational processes, and proactive problem-solving to support Yoova’s growth and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Operations management skills, including F&B; workflow planning, inventory control, and cost management.
- Experience in team leadership, staff training, and performance management within restaurants, cafés, or cloud kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance in the food and beverage sector.
- Ability to analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements for efficiency and profitability.
- Customer service orientation, with skills in handling guest feedback, ensuring service consistency, and enhancing dining experiences.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional work with culinary, marketing, finance, and franchise partners.
- Prior experience in multi-outlet management or chain operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working flexible hours, including weekends and peak business times, as required by F&B; operations.
