Role Description The F&B; Sales Outlet Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily operations of designated food and beverage outlets. This role includes supervising service teams, ensuring adherence to service standards, managing reservations and seating, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver timely and accurate orders. The supervisor monitors sales performance, implements promotional activities, handles guest queries and concerns, and supports upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.

The role also involves training and guiding team members, supervising cash handling and billing processes,



maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, and preparing basic operational reports for management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance oversight.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Service Standards and a commitment to maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess practical Food Service experience, including menu familiarity, order coordination, and table management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for handling guests, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office; additional language skills are an advantage.
