Fashion Merchandiser

Cre8iveSkill Apparels Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Fashion Merchandiser to join our team in Nagpur. As an embroidery-focused company, we are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in embroidery, embroidery techniques, and surface ornamentation, along with a good understanding of apparel merchandising.

Position Details:

- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

- Position: Fashion Merchandiser

- Experience: 1–3 Years

- Industry: Apparel / Fashion / Textile

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers, design, production, and vendors.

- Handle product development, sampling, fabrics, trims, measurements, and specifications.

- Coordinate costing, quotations, and T&A; plans.

- Follow up on sampling, embroidery development, materials, production, quality, and dispatch.

- Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution.

- Maintain merchandising reports, order sheets, and documentation.

- Coordinate with embroidery and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately.

- Understand and coordinate products involving embroidery, embellishments, and surface ornamentation.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising / Apparel / Textile

- Strong interest and understanding of embroidery and surface ornamentation

- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, garments, trims, and production processes

- Understanding of embroidery development, sampling,



and production will be preferred

- Understanding of costing, T&A;, sampling, and order execution

- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, designers, and production teams.
