About the Role

Aza Fashions is looking for passionate and experienced Fashion Consultants who aspire to build their career in Luxury Fashion Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Indian ethnic wear, bridal fashion, designer labels, and luxury retail, along with excellent customer engagement and selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a premium and personalized shopping experience to high-value clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide styling and product recommendations.
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge,



client engagement, and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and build a loyal client base.
- Have a solid understanding of designer collections, ethnic wear, bridal fashion, and luxury brands.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Handle client follow-ups, appointments, and customer relationship management.
- Stay updated on new collections, designers, fashion trends, and luxury market developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to purchase.

Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, or high-end sales.
- Candidates with experience in Luxury Retail / Fashion / Premium Lifestyle sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for Ethnic Wear, Bridal Fashion, Designer Brands, and Luxury Fashion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a customer-first approach.
- Well-groomed, confident, articulate, and comfortable interacting with HNI/UHNI clientele.
- Candidates who genuinely want to build a long-term career in Luxury Fashion Sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
